In 2015, Francesca started her career at the Perfect Skin Solutions clinic as an Aesthetic Therapist. She quickly became an asset to the PSS team, developing her aesthetic knowledge and skills. As the team expanded, Francesca took on the role and responsibility of Senior Therapist. Francesca found a love for supporting and training her team members. This inspired Francesca to gain a qualification in Education and Training. While she is still a member of the clinical team, Francesca is devoting most of her time into building our very own Training Academy. Along with coordinating all training, Francesca is the main tutor for our chemical peel and micro-needling courses.
